Sunday Joy, Office Catch-Up & a Whole Lotta Cat Snuggles

Today was one of those Sundays that just settles your soul in the best way. 💒I’ve missed the last two church services while I was on vacation, so walking back through those doors this morning felt like breathing again. Worship was powerful, the message hit deep, and yep… I teared up. Jesus knows just how to welcome you home. 🕊️

After church, Kevin and I grabbed lunch with Bones (aka our youngest, Michael). He’s my quiet one—more serious than silly—but being around him always reminds me how thankful I am to be his mom. 🧡

We all came back to the house for a bit, and Link (Bones’ Lab/Retriever mix) was his usual tail-wagging, zoomie-loving self. That boy has energy for days. 🐶

The afternoon? A mix of holy and hustle:

🗂️ Caught up on some much-needed office work.

⚖️ Stepped on the scale and—hello, vacation reality—gained four pounds. So now we’re in “love my body and lose the luggage” mode. 😂

🍂 Started gathering all the cozy, faith-filled goodness for the Fall MEOW Box… and y’all… it’s looking GOOD. Like, I-might-keep-one-for-myself good.

Now here’s where I could use your help: I’m thinking about upping the count to 15 boxes this time...but I really don’t want to be that girl still trying to sell Fall boxes when it’s February.

Tonight I had my Rise-Up class and accountability time — and as always, it filled my cup. There’s just something powerful about learning, growing, and being sharpened by other women walking out their purpose too. 💗

Now? Jackson has attached himself to me like a fuzzy barnacle. 🐾I think he really missed his moma while I was gone.

Whiskie keeps peeking around corners like she’s making sure I’m not packing another suitcase. 😼

Home feels good. Messy. Real. A little louder than I planned. But good.

Here’s to Sundays that bring us back to center — and to the people (and pets!) that remind us why we do what we do.
